The Kata course offers an in-depth exploration of the Kata methodology for continuous improvement and problem-solving. Participants will learn the core practices of the Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata, including setting target conditions, identifying obstacles, and conducting iterative experiments. Through interactive and practical exercises, and real-world applications, learners will develop the skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive sustainable results in their organizations.
