This course will provide attendees with the practical tools to effectively, efficiently and legally conduct investigations of workplace employee relations matters with the goal of reaching an appropriate resolution.

This training is designed for safety and health professionals or safety committee members who oversee or participate in the maintenance or implementation of the company's Safety and Health Program. At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to identify and correct the most often cited violations, provide for safe exit from buildings in case of emergency, protect workers from hazardous machinery, protect workers against the hazards of unexpected start-up of machinery and equipment, select and use appropriate personal protective equipment, gain knowledge of the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) Hazard Communication standard, and better understand the Respiratory Protection Standard.
