Print Reading focuses on understanding standard manufacturing prints used in industrial environments. Participants will learn to recognize key features such as dimensions, tolerances, and part details, and apply basic math skills to interpret these prints accurately. This course emphasizes reading standardized, production-ready prints rather than freehand or conceptual drawings. Ideal for those needing confidence in reading shop-floor documentation.

  • Interpret basic line types and their meanings
  • Recognize standard wire color codes
  • Navigate the layout of a typical industrial print

Tool Time: Hand & Power Toolbox introduces participants to the safe and effective use of common hand and power tools found in industrial environments. The course covers tool identification, proper handling techniques, routine care, and safety practices to prevent accidents and extend tool life. Emphasis is placed on selecting the right tool for the job and applying it with skill and confidence. This course is ideal for those building foundational maintenance skills or refreshing their knowledge of essential shop tools.

  • Demonstrate proper handling techniques that promote accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
