Team building is crucial to an efficient workforce and employee retention, yet it can be difficult for businesses to encourage a culture of teamwork. After completing this course, participants will be able to build better work relationships within the team and promote more effective communication between team members.  This course sets the foundation for effective teams by delving into the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. The remainder of the course focuses on trust and the relationship to respect and credibility. This course incorporates a related team building activity.

Participants will explore strategies for risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident prevention, while also learning how to engage and motivate their teams to prioritize safety. Participants will also gain insights into creating clear safety policies, fostering open communication, and addressing safety concerns proactively. By the end of this course, participants will be well-equipped to lead their organizations towards a healthier and safer work environment, ultimately reducing accidents and enhancing overall productivity.

  • Differentiate between appropriate and inappropriate reinforcement of safety and health behavior.
