Although union membership in the U.S. is at historic lows, it appears unions have become increasingly active. This program will provide attendees with a historical overview of the latest U.S. union membership levels, work stoppage and organizing activity and the practical impact of the current National Labor Relations Board in its enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act.
