Heat Illness

Exposure to heat can cause illness and death. While the most serious heat illness is heat stroke, other heat illnesses such as heat exhaustion, heat cramps and heat rash, should also be avoided. COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Fire Prevention Plans training course provides comprehensive training on essential emergency preparedness measures, including the development of effective Emergency Action Plans and Fire Protection Plans. Participants will learn to identify when evacuation or shelter-in-place actions are necessary and understand the characteristics of safe emergency escape routes. The course also covers the different types of fire extinguishers, their appropriate uses, and the maintenance requirements for ensuring their effectiveness. Through practical exercises and detailed instruction, learners will gain the skills needed to enhance workplace safety and ensure compliance with emergency preparedness standards.
