The Kata course offers an in-depth exploration of the Kata methodology for continuous improvement and problem-solving. Participants will learn the core practices of the Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata, including setting target conditions, identifying obstacles, and conducting iterative experiments. Through interactive and practical exercises, and real-world applications, learners will develop the skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive sustainable results in their organizations.

• Understand the foundational concepts of the Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata, including the scientific method, target conditions, and iterative problem-solving.
• Set clear target conditions, identify obstacles, and conduct systematic experiments to drive continuous improvement in real-world scenarios.
• Gain practical experience in the Coaching Kata, learning how to guide others through the improvement process and foster a culture of problem-solving and learning.
