TOSHA Recordkeeping Rule
Hosted by the TN Chamber

Accurate records are important for many reasons and TOSHA expects employers to comply with the rules for keeping records that truly reflect workplace injuries and illnesses that occur in Tennessee. This seminar reviews OSHA's recordkeeping requirements, including proper maintenance of the OSHA 300 Log, completion of the 300A Summary, reporting oblications, and the requirements to electronically submit injury/illness data via the Injury Tracking Application (ITA). Participants will gain a clear understanding of what must be recorded, what must be reported, and how to meet electronic submission requirements.
